At Prism Research Glass we want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase.
We make every effort in packaging to prevent breakage during shipment.
Should breakage occur, please report the damage to the carrier
immediately. Do not discard packaging.
Should a shortage in your shipment occur, contact Prism Research Glass
immediately. Claims must be made within 10 working days or receipt of
order.
At Prism Research Glass products are manufactured by skilled craftspersons,
using only quality material. Prism Research Glass will replace any
product that does not meet your satisfaction.
Returned Items
Returned items must receive prior approval. Please state reason for the
return and invoice number and date. Special orders are not returnable.
Repairs/Modifications
We offer a complete repair service for partial breakage. Items should be packed
carefully to prevent further damage. Upon receipt of merchandise, we will
notify you of the reparability of the item, along with an estimate of the
repair charges.
Modifications to existing products are also offered. Detailed specifications
should be included with all modification requests.
At Prism Research Glass we make every attempt to keep our inventory up to
date. If for any reason we are not able to fill your order due to an
out-of-stock item, we will notify you immediately and give you the opportunity
to select another item from our stock. You may also have the opportunity to
back order an item if it has not been discontinued. We will never make
substitutions without notifying you.
When you place an order with us, we will send you an e-mail confirming the
availability of the products. Your credit card will not be charged until
availability has been confirmed.
