433 Series Semi Standard Quartz Solid Source Carrier is made from GE214 and GE214LD Rod and Tubing, and GE124 Plate unless otherwise specified. Other grades of material available upon request.
Semi Standard four rod medium profile carrier with 8/12mm pickup tubes. Top / bottom rods "Y" slotted for Silicon. Top / bottom rods "U (straight)" slotted for solid source.
Wafer Patterns: Si - Sol - Si - Si - Sol - Si
Boron Nitride Phosphorous Arsenic up to 1050°C.
