486 Solid Source Contiguous Quartz Carrier is made from GE214 and GE214LD Rod and Tubing, and GE124 Plate unless otherwise specified. Other grades of material available upon request.
Four rod contiguous strap style carrier with side (New Pickup) rods. Top / bottom rods are "Y" slotted for Silicon. Top / bottom rods are "U (straight)" slotted for solid source.
Wafer Pattern: Si - Sol - Si - Si - Sol - Si
Boron Nitride Phosphorus Arsenic up to 1050°C.
