681 Semi Standard Quartz Carrier is made from GE214 and GE214LD Rod and Tubing, and GE124 Plate unless otherwise specified. Other grades of material available upon request.


Semi Standard four rod low profile carrier with 8/12mm pickup tubes. Top / bottom rods "Y" slotted.


Atmospheric and LPCVD up to 1050°C.
