Description
The COWIE® PTFE Stir Bar, Oval is designed for use in round/concave bottomed vessels. The oval shape reflects that of the flask to ensure complete mixing with minimal friction.
Box sets include an assortment of useful sizes of each type of stir bar, supplied with or without a re-useable container.
Set of 12 x Oval Stir Bars: 2 each of 10x5mm, 15x6mm, 25x10mm, 30x10mm, 35x13mm. 1 each of 50x17mm, 70x27mm
Set of 13 x Oval Stir Bars: 2 each of 20x10mm, 25x12mm, 30x16mm, 35x16mm, 40x20mm, 50x20mm. 1 each of 70x20mm
- Virgin grade PTFE conforming to FDA and USP Class VI.
- Alnico V magnetic core.
- Chemical Resistance is virtually total.
- Temperature Range, -200°C to 260°C (-328°F to 500°F).
- You can consider the shelf life of the COWIE® PTFE Stir Bar, Oval indefinite within the confines of normal use and storage conditions.
