COWIE® Turbo PTFE Stir Bar, Flute is a general purpose stir bar with a high power polygonal shape.
Turbo stir bars use stronger Rare Earth magnets and you can identify by an inert carbon black spot.
- Virgin grade PTFE conforming to FDA and USP Class VI.
- Rare Earth (Samarium-Cobalt) magnetic core.
- Chemical Resistance is virtually total.
- Temperature Range, -200°C to 260°C (-328°F to 500°F).
- You can consider the shelf life of the COWIE® Turbo PTFE Stir Bar, Flute indefinite within the confines of normal use and storage conditions.
- Autoclavable.
