Description

Dewar Style Distillation Head charged with dry ice or liquid nitrogen will deliver a rapid return of condensed liquid. 4mm stopcock allows droplets to be metered. 10/30 joint provides a 3″ thermometer immersion.

It is the standard for laboratory use because of its chemical resistance to various chemicals. This resistance makes it suitable for diverse laboratory applications. It is highly resistant to chemical attack by most substances, including water, acids, and organic solvents.

Borosilicate has a low coefficient of thermal expansion which means it can withstand rapid temperature changes. It can typically handle temperature ranges between -80°C (-112°F) and 500°C (930°F) without cracking and typically has a melting point of around 1650°C (3000°F).
