Description
Vessel is jacketed for heating and cooling capacities. The vessel has a 200 or 300mm I.D. flat ground flange. The upper portion of the jacket is hard fused and the lower portion is sealed with an ultra durable Flouro-Silicone to allow for thermal transitions. The jacket ports are a 1.0″ beaded pipe connection. The lower drain valve is attached by use of a 2.0″ beaded pipe connection. The valve in a closed position seats flush to the interior bottom for zero dead space. Reactor is suited for full vacuum and normal working pressures to 7psi. Temperature range -60°C to 200°C with a maximum temperature deviation of 90°C.
