Description
These Benchtop Reactor Assembly units are mobile and user friendly. Prism Research Glass mounts the motor on dual telescopic posts. It is easily compressed to install and remove from fume hoods. Its extension ability allows for convenient assembly and attachment to the stir shaft. A 3/4″ stainless steel support is removable and provides ample stability for the heaviest of apparatus.
The illustration shown is a 2 liter jacketed vessel with a 150mm O-Ring flanged connection. It’s lower drain valve in a closed position seats flush to the inside radius of the vessel. The domed lid has 4 ports with a 45/50 center neck and (3) 29/42 side ports. Number 16 is the distillation splitter head using a 0-12mm Teflon valve to divert distillant back to the reactor or to the receiver flask. You can isolate the receiver flask to remove its contents. Number 13 is the reflux coil condenser with a water jacket and detachable hose barbs.
