Description

Perforated Bulb Sparge Tube is designed to introduce gases or liquids beneath the reaction surface. 1mm holes on the bottom half of the bulb give even dispersement through the mixing cycle. Immersion stem is a heavy wall pipe to ensure stability. Please specify “L” in inches as to the desired length. Hose barb measures 14mm at middle serration.

It is the standard for laboratory use because of its chemical resistance to various chemicals. This resistance makes it suitable for diverse laboratory applications. It is highly resistant to chemical attack by most substances, including water, acids, and organic solvents.

Borosilicate has a low coefficient of thermal expansion which means it can withstand rapid temperature changes. It can typically handle temperature ranges between -80°C (-112°F) and 500°C (930°F) without cracking and typically has a melting point of around 1650°C (3000°F).
