Description

Vacuum trap, micro, Dewar type. Small scale dry ice condenser trap. Dry ice chamber is 25mm x 60mm. Lower reservoir has a capacity of 100ml and either a 2mm Glass or Teflon stopcock as a drain.

Borosilicate has a low coefficient of thermal expansion which means it can withstand rapid temperature changes. It can typically handle temperature ranges between -80°C (-112°F) and 500°C (930°F) without cracking and typically has a melting point of around 1650°C (3000°F).
